2026-09-30		 Not really a complaint. Just commentary. Both drivers were late, one because of a repair and one because an appointment. The first ones trailer axles have been shifting and blowing tires and his truck was beat up from what looked like turning into his trailer. Everything went well with him on the drop, he took pictures and inspected then had me sign. He did ask me what I paid because his boss wants to sell comparable on fb market place. The second guys trailer was a different kind and had several of the angle iron cross bracings almost ripped off. He was clearly in a hurry because of the delay. He had me sign straight away and Im pretty sure he didnt take pictures or inspect at the location. Dont quote me on that part. The delivery went fine with him as well. Jeff was great. I made a mistake in my ordering and I didnt notice that I selected the wrong option. He was able to fix it for me and just charge the difference which I appreciate. I assumed it would have been something like a refund after ten days and then make a new charge. Eloise was great, a little hard to hear on the phone but great none the less. She told me the first delivery would be before noon and it arrived at 3. Not her fault at all, I was a truck driver so I fully understand but just for constructive criticism maybe leave that to the driver. Tommy was my contact for shipment and he was alright too. I figured hed call me so i waited to about 830 and then called him. We played phone tag a little bit and he didnt return my last call in the morning so I had to call him back, I did wait an hour or so after the expected delivery. He said the first driver called me but I received no call, I did get his number and reached out. The first driver was Brian and I believe the second was Kevin, I already commented in the other section. All in all I got the containers I ordered and am satisfied. One note and one question; The second container had a bit of the silicone on the floor torn off from usage. Could you tell me what type it is so I can fix it?
